Self-levelling DIAMANT potting compounds based on epoxy resin, silicone and acrylate provide a strong foundation, reliable coating and secure fixing aid. Areas of application

Ferromagnetic potting compounds

DIAMANT ferromagnetic potting compounds are two-component polymer materials enriched with application-specific functional fillers. They are used for the uncomplicated large-area or localised fixing of magnetic components to the surface they are applied to/filled with.

Mineral, insulating casting compounds

Highly developed, reliably insulating mineral casting compounds from DIAMANT are used for the professional protection of electrical and electronic components and assemblies. Designed to meet the extreme safety requirements in industrial and construction environments, they impress with their enormous resilience and durability combined with uncomplicated processing and application.

Potting compounds for foundations

DIAMANT fulfils the need for load-bearing, time and cost-optimised design and levelling of foundations with various systems. The intelligently composed, self-levelling grouting compounds completely replace complex conventional methods of gap levelling - for example with wedge plates or lining plates. The DIAMANT solutions range from a polymer system that can be applied on site for one hundred per cent form and force-fit, full-surface gap compensation between steel-steel and steel-concrete elements. Using flowable and fast-curing epoxy resin grouting mortars. Right through to dimensionally stable fine levelling coatings.

Separation joint coverings

DIAMANT parting line coverings are used for the uncomplicated and highly precise formation of partially elastic joints. Potting compounds for mouldable plain bearings

Self-levelling sliding surfaces from DIAMANT with ultra-fine sliding fillers allow the moulding of complex shapes and structures without mechanical processing and with precision in the µm range. This makes them ideal for producing or overhauling high-precision, stick-slip-free sliding surfaces of any geometry.

Adjustable potting compounds

Dimensionally stable fine adjustment compounds from DIAMANT ensure precise tolerance levelling at the joints of components, machines and trades. The metal-polymer moulding compounds enable micro-precise moulding on the spot and an exact copy of the part surface.

Gap compensation

Polymer casting compounds from DIAMANT realise one hundred percent force- and form-fit gap compensation between steel-steel and steel-concrete connections. The self-levelling two-component reaction resin systems, which are highly filled with special metallic materials, can be mixed directly on site and applied effortlessly. In just one work step, they provide absolutely positive and non-positive gap levelling - without subsequent mechanical processing and without the need for additional wedge plates or lining plates.
