dichtol AM Hydro is a ready-to-use, water-based 1-component system for the impregnation of metals, coatings and especially for 3D printing (processes e.g. SLS, SLA, SL, SLM, FFF, FDM, MJF etc.). The simple and versatile application (dipping, brushing, injecting) enables reliable impregnation even for complex components.

Application
The object temperature should not exceed 40°C, as otherwise the penetration of the sealer cannot be 100% guaranteed.
Coating:
Apply dichtol in up to 4 working steps at intervals of approx. 1 minute and keep damp on the surface for 5 minutes. This allows dichtol to penetrate deep into the pores
Injecting
Inject dichtol into the blind hole (or similar) and leave to work for 5 minutes. If necessary, siphon off / pour out excess material after the reaction time
Immersion
Completely immerse the component to be treated in dichtol. Remove from the container after a penetration time of approx. 10 minutes.
